Our Overall Service
Very satisfied with everything about Lakeside.
The First Phone Call
During the first phone call, I could tell that I would not be given the run around. They were very straight forward, listened to what I wanted, and were able to have someone here at a time that worked great for ME!
Our Office Staff
The one time I called the office, I left a message with someone and phone call was returned within minutes.
Sales Process
Steve was a joy to work with. I shared what I wanted done with the space, my concerns, asked his opinion about it, and was given a few different ways that he could also see it done. He showed us everything about the material and walked us through it at a pace that we can follow. Much appreciated!
Our Installation Crew
There were many deliveries with our product, the men were very professional and respectful. The two guys who worked on the installation part were very nice, knew exactly what they were doing, and explained anything I had a question on. They were both respectful, hard workers and here when they said they would be.
The Cleanup Process
They cleaned everything up just great. Each day, they asked what I wanted done with their tools and equipment and were respectful with the space.

Lakeside is topnotch! I am completely satisfied with the service I received from them. ( And that takes a lot!) They were on time, respectful, informative, honest, hardworking, and very personable group of people. I really appreciated being kept in the loop every step of the way. It helped me see what was going on, without feeling in the way. The basement looks great. Never would have thought my old, dingy, dirty, afraid to go into basement would be such a nice calm, safe, and enjoyable space. A+
