General Comments: I arranged to have my basement ceiling replaced and to try to address the damp 'basement smell' in my home after moving in in May. My install was done after the huge storms in July, when Milwaukee basements were flooded like crazy. The emphasis on moisture-resistant building materials and the amazing performance of the Sani-Dry dehumidifier not only completely erased the odor, but allayed my anxiety about future chronic moisture damage. Anyone with a ruined basement--and I know there are a lot of you out there!--would be well-advised to call Lake Side Total Basement Finishing to not only restore your basement, but significantly improve it.
